Welcome to the Fisher Models
website.Since starting the company (originally called Dragon Models) in
1978 we've been dedicated to creating unusual and
exciting kits that are easy to build, yet detailed enough to inspire the
most demanding model builder and collector. As we enter our 30th year of business , we are proud
to be one of the leading makers of fine quality multi-media kits of historic
racing cars and famous aircraft.
The
guiding design and engineering principle is to use modern materials and
processes combined with traditional model making to make kits
that are enjoyable to
build , not frustrating . When completed, these models
look every bit as good, and usually better than those from the big
guys. They are easy and pleasurable to build right out of the box, or you
can add detail as far as you are willing to go.
We strive to capture the visual
essence of our subjects so that you , the builder can create a lasting
piece of art that serves as a reminder of the larger than life nature
of these machines , and the men who designed and operated them.
Our new line of large scale (1/32) aircraft
of the Jet Age is already setting new standards for quality and
accuracy in cast resin kits and builders are capturing awards world wide
with these kits.
Thanks for your continued support , and the
best is yet to come
